Right, and everyone knows how that turned out. But for many of us, it just doesn't feel right to eat early in the morning. Since I resumed daily exercise I've noticed that I run out of steam before the end of the workout. So another of my new goals is to eat smaller but more frequent meals beginning with breakfast. It sounds like a lot of eating...but I think I'm up for it!
P.S. For me, breakfast is a lot more fun when I create a pretty place setting.
